Yes. Our initial consultation is always free. We'll talk about what you need, give you honest advice, and tell you whether we're the right fit.

We check messages on weekends but don't commit to weekend responses. If you send something Friday afternoon, expect a reply Monday morning.

Yes. Send us a message through the contact form with as much detail as you can about your project — what you need, your budget range, and your timeline. We'll reply with a written quote within 48 hours.

We include revision rounds in every project scope. If you're not satisfied after revisions, we'll work with you until you are. We've never had a client leave unhappy.

Yes. We have a booking page at onedegree.studio/book where you can pick a time that suits you. 15 minutes is usually enough to cover the basics.

We're in AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) — UTC+10 in standard time, UTC+11 during daylight saving. We work regular business hours and schedule calls to suit clients in USA and Canada too.

There's no cost to get a quote. We provide a fixed-price proposal before any work begins. You only pay when you accept the quote and we agree to proceed.

We work in milestones — you pay in stages as the project progresses. If we haven't started a milestone, you're not charged for it. Once work is complete and approved, that payment is final.
